Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you buy

MedVeda sells digital access to PDF notes (per chapter, subject, academic year or multi-year bundle). Video lectures and MCQ tests are free. There is no physical product.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel before completing payment. After a successful payment the purchase cannot be cancelled, except as covered in the refund cases above.

3. Refunds for successful purchases

Because content is digital and unlocked instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the content has been unlocked, except in the cases listed below.

Refund requests for the cases below must be raised within 7 days of the payment.

We will refund in these cases: (a) payment deducted but content not unlocked within 24 hours; (b) duplicate or multiple payments for the same purchase; (c) technical fault on our side that prevents access and that we cannot fix within 7 days.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails, the order is not completed and no access is granted. If your bank or wallet debited the amount, it is normally reversed by your bank/Razorpay automatically within 5–7 working days (as per your bank / RBI timelines). If it is not reversed in that time, contact us with the payment reference.

5. Duplicate or wrongly charged payments

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged and the notes did not unlock, write to us. We will verify with Razorpay and either grant the access or refund the extra amount. Any duplicate amount is refunded in full to the original payment method.

6. Refund method and timeline

Refunds are processed through Razorpay. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Banks may take additional time to show the credit.

7. How to request a refund

Email medvedaforu@gmail.com from your registered email address.
Include your registered mobile number, the product name, the date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID or bank reference.
We will reply within 48 hours.
