Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All MedVeda products are digital. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

Instant in-app access

After your payment is successfully confirmed, the notes you bought unlock in your account in the MedVeda app, usually within moments, and appear under My Purchases. Access is linked to the account you paid from and to the course the product belongs to.

If access isn't granted

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and signed in to the same account you paid from.
2. Reopen the app, pull to refresh, and check My Purchases. Confirmation can take a few minutes.
3. Access is usually instant. If it doesn't appear within 30 minutes, restart the app; if it still doesn't appear within 24 hours, contact support with your payment ID. If the amount was debited, email medvedaforu@gmail.com with your registered email or mobile number, product name and payment reference. We will check and unlock it or refund it as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
